Cancellation and Refund Policy
This Cancellation and Refund Policy is subject to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and its applicable regulations.
Right of Cancellation
Customers are entitled to cancel a transaction within 14 days from the later of:
- The date of purchase, or
- The date of receipt of the product or service
Cancellation must be submitted in writing via email or through any other communication method provided on the website.
Refund Terms
If the cancellation is made in accordance with the law:
- The customer will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid, minus a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction amount or 100 ILS, whichever is lower, as permitted by law.
- The refund will be processed using the original payment method
Non-Refundable Cases
No refund will be issued in the following cases:
- Products that are custom-made, personalized, or produced specifically for the customer.
- Digital products, downloadable content, or services that have already been accessed, activated, or delivered.
- Products that cannot be returned for hygienic or sanitary reasons, once opened.
- If the cancellation request is submitted after the legal cancellation period.
Return of Products
If applicable, the product must be returned unused, in its original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was defective or the cancellation was due to a fault on our part.
Defective Products
In the event of a defective product or a material discrepancy between the product and its description, the customer is entitled to a full refund, including any delivery fees, in accordance with the law.
